Is the store near you not on the list? Send us the store's details and we will add them to our ever growing list of affiliated stores.
We are integrating with local game and comic book shops into our business model, opening a whole new line of products for stores, and helping you bridge the gap between the online and in-person customer base.
Furthermore, we invite your store to join our affiliate program. As an affiliated game store, every purchase made on our in-store tablet, or kiosk, we revenue share. In fact, we are such big believers in the game store experience, we are willing to take on all shipping expenses if a customer is willing to picking up their miniatures from your store.
As such, we work closely with the gaming community, including charities and local schools. Each collaboration strengthens the community and furthers table-top gaming as a whole.

What is the Eldritch Foundry?
The Eldritch Foundry is a custom character creator for you to custom design your tabletop miniature. You can visualize, design, export your character in a digital format or order a physical copy. Our miniatures are perfectly sized for gaming!
Can I cancel or change my order?
Sure thing! Reach out to us up to 1 business day if you want to cancel a physical miniature order to email@example.com. We can’t, unfortunately, offer refunds on digital downloads.
What materials do you use?
We use an ABS-like resin, on multi-jet printers made by our partners, 3D Systems.
How long till I get my order?
Our shipping takes four weeks on average, some areas may have longer shipping times.
Do you offer STL files for home printing?
We do! You can even sign up to our newsletter and receive a couple of sample STLs right now.
I backed you guys on Kickstarter, how do I redeem my vouchers?
First of all- thank you! Your vouchers for miniatures are already loaded into the system. Just log in using your Kickstarter email, and have fun!
What size are your miniatures?
Our miniatures are baseline 32mm heroic, but we’re working on sizing options which will come in the *very* near future.
Affiliates stores? What’s that all about?
The Eldritch Foundry is all about working with the community! We have an affiliate program, which you can read all about here <link to relevant page, Inbal>
your miniature might have a slight glossy sheen. That is caused by the support agent that is used to create the miniature. The waxy residue might prevent undercoating from properly adhering to your miniature.
Place your miniature in warm, soapy water for 5-10 minutes, and then scrub it with an old toothbrush.
warping may occur in thin, long areas (swords and spears are the main culprits) due to the methods used to remove wax supports.
To get a warped area back to its correct shape or position (or if you wish to reshape it), simply immerse the miniature in hot water. After 3-5 minutes carefully remove your miniature and gently bend the offending area.
We recommend priming your miniature with a fine matte car body primer (found in most hardware stores).
